Duke Energy Terms and Conditions for the Duke Energy Save Energy and Water Kit Store

Customer agrees to the Terms and Conditions when placing an order. Offer good while supplies last. Products, prices, availability, specifications and offers are subject to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Products must be installed at the premise address associated with the account number purchasing the products.
  2. One kit per customer account lifetime. Products cannot be resold under any circumstances.
  3. Duke Energy reserves the right to revise equipment eligibility at any time.
  4. Duke Energy and the third-party order fulfillment vendor have signed a confidentiality agreement to protect customer’s personal information.
  5. I confirm I have an electric water heater at the premise address associated with the account number purchasing the products.
  6. I agree to indemnify, hold harmless and release Duke Energy and its affiliates from any actions or claims in regard to the installation, operation and disposal of equipment (and related materials) covered herein including liability from incidental or consequential damages.
  7. Duke Energy is not affiliated with the manufacturer or vendor and does not expressly or implicitly warrant the performance of installed purchased products and is not liable for any damage caused by the installation of these products or for any damage caused by the malfunction of the installed purchased products.

Warranty

All other goods sold are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from shipment. Some products may include a longer warranty period; please refer to product packaging or specification on the products’ webpages for more detailed information.
